About Client
Our client is a contract research firm that provides pharmaceutical companies with clinical trial services. The business is among the top five research firms globally, with over 10,000 workers in 50 countries. It is one of the most well-known drug development organizations, with clinical trials assisting in creating the biggest proportion of best-selling medications.

Kyteway partnered with Global Tech Solutions to design and implement a comprehensive eLearning solution:
* **Interactive eLearning Modules: ** Kyteway developed engaging modules on topics like cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics, using videos, simulations, and gamified assessments.
* **Microlearning Approach: ** Content was broken down into bite-sized modules, allowing employees to learn at their own pace and convenience.
* **Multilingual Support: ** The eLearning platform was localized into multiple languages to cater to Global Tech Solutions' diverse workforce.
* **Gamification and Social Learning: ** Leaderboards, badges, and discussion forums were incorporated to foster a sense of competition and collaboration among employees.
* **Detailed Reporting and Analytics: ** The LMS provided detailed reports on employee progress, knowledge gaps, and training program effectiveness.

The Result
The onboarding team was forced to go through the material as fast as possible without up-to-date content. As a result, they were missing several key facts. As the onboarding team completed the course, they continued to find incorrect information and inconsistencies.
By the end of the first week, they had produced the majority of the training content for both the ILT and the content for the standard course. The team had a very tight timeline, and they struggled to ensure that both content and materials met their needs. We were successful in implementing training within the timeline and on budget.
We received plenty of support from project managers at Kyteway throughout every stage of development, and we are grateful for that. We used their services as an eLearning agency.
